Sex Toy Reviews When I was first masturbating I remember yearning with my entire being for just... something... ANYthing... to shove in my pussy. My pussy would just ache and throb.. *sigh* Well now as a grown-up, there is absolutely no reason whatsoever to ache and yearn. Get thee on the internet and buy, buy, buy! Just so you know, I don't get any money for any of these reviews. So these are all really just my own judgement and opinion which I hope is helpful to you in your search for fun sex! ;) I don't think I can review sex toys without first reviewing some of those nifty places online (no more frantic circling of the parking lot LOL) where you can buy them. So, first... reviews of online toy stores! blowfish.comBlowfish is my personal favorite. Cute name, easy to navigate site, good prices, and they actually review the toys themselves. By that I mean that the toys on their website are all tested out, in action, by their staff. So you get some inside tips about toys which you probably wouldn't find anywhere. Plus, they have the best price on the Hitachi Magic Wand I've seen anywhere, and I have done some looking around for this... $40! Even including shipping that is almost half the price you'd pay in a walk-in store. Amazing! Their selection is not as extensive as some of the other sites I'll review, but part of that is the whole trying-everything-out thing I think. Also I believe they are a bit pickier about the products they carry (again, that trying-everything-out thing), so you are way less likely to get a toy delivered only to have it break five minutes into an intense sex session. babeland.comToys in Babeland... another super cute name. This toy store is lesbian-run, which definitely gives it its own unique flavor. I had the opportunity to go to their brick-and-mortar store in NYC, and I must say that if you have the chance... DO go check it out. It is super cool! They have a giant table in the middle of the room with all of their toys out of the package and on the table. Vibrating toys are ready to go with batteries or whatever they need, so you can actually feel the toy in your hands, turn it on, feel the vibration, bend it this way and that to see what you like or don't like. Once you've chosen your toy, you ask them to get it for you. They deserve many, many kudos for such an amazing idea for a sex toy store alone. Their selection on their website is huge, it is easy to navigate, and they include all kinds of sex tips and advice columns and more. The site has a community-feel that is really really fun to visit! Plus they love to put things together in a package for you, so you can have a kinky gift basket in one fell click of the mouse! (Check out their Hot Tub Hannukah set right now!) goodvibes.comGood vibrations... what an apt name for what is possibly the oldest sex toy store around. They've had the doors of their brick-and-mortar store in San Francisco open since 1977!!!! I am not sure what year they opened online, but their store has been around as long as I can remember. Those "good vibe" drawings... oh my! This store was opened with a female focus as well, in response to the dirty, dark, scary adult bookstores which were previously the only option for buying sex toys. Their selection is really extensive, and their website features a "vibrator museum" with pics of vibrators which were previously used to treat "female hysteria." (OK, I'm hysterical, gimme back my hitachi already!) The *only* thing I think their site is missing, and I have always thought this, is more first-hand reviews of their products, vs. the sort of distant-sounding anonymous voice which tells the basic details of each item. Still though, a fun site to visit and a great option for online toy shopping! hitachi magic wandNo woman should be without one. Seriously, guys, buy one for your wife! Imagine a toy which will both relax her, delight her, and improve your sex life. The truth is that the more orgasms you have, the more you want, so don't be intimidated by a sex toy. A sex toy and a man are two entirely different things, and if you love men as I do, a toy will not replace them... just ADD to them. Yum! What the hitachi does which no other toy I have found, is... provides immediate intensity. Most battery-powered vibrators feel *nice* at first and then build in intensity. The hitachi starts out immediately incredibly intense... and feels so good... and you are like OMG I dunno if I can.. but then you DO. Woo HOO!!!! You can get it for $40 and the box is so inconspicuous... I mean, they do sell these at stores like The Sharper Image. (I don't recommend buying them there, they are way overpriced!) The box has a picture of a woman with the hitachi on her shoulder, and a guy with it on his calf muscle... it is a GREAT body massager. :) And if a lady decides to use it for something else, well...
